1. Overview

Polixai ("we", "our", "the Service") provides an AI-assisted analytics platform that processes data you connect (e.g., GA4, Excel, CSV) to generate insights. By creating an account or using Polixai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Use of the Service requires agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy & Security notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all actions under your account, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Connected Data Sources

By connecting GA4, Excel, CSV, or other sources, you grant Polixai permission to access and process data strictly for generating analyses you request. We do not use your data for model training. You are responsible for having the rights to use and connect that data.

5. AI-Generated Insights

Polixai and Polab generate insights automatically using language models and metadata validation. Results may be incomplete or imprecise. Sampling, missing fields, or ambiguous prompts may cause errors. Polixai provides results "as-is". You are responsible for verifying critical metrics before making decisions.

6. Usage Limits

Plans may include usage limits such as "successful messages per month." A successful message is defined as any request where Polixai fetches and processes new data from your sources. We may throttle or block usage that exceeds plan allowances.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly; annual subscriptions renew yearly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds apply to partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

Polixai retains all rights to the platform, interfaces, model prompts, and branded assets. You retain ownership of your connected data.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service or access it in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage. This includes, without limitation:

• Automated or programmatic access not expressly authorized by Polixai
• Excessive or abusive usage that disrupts the Service for others
• Scraping or extracting data or outputs at scale
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the underlying logic, models, or algorithms
• Interfering with or disrupting the proper functioning of the Service
• Reselling or redistributing outputs without consent
• Uploading harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions.

10. Service Availability

Polixai may update, change, or temporarily suspend functionality for maintenance or security. We are not responsible for downtime or interruptions.

11. Privacy & Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only minimal metadata is stored. A full Security & Privacy page is available on our website.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse. You may terminate your account at any time. We may delete workspace metadata after a reasonable period.

13. Limitation of Liability

Polixai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or decisions based on AI-generated analyses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any outputs, insights, or results generated by the Service. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. Users are solely responsible for verifying results and for any decisions made based on the Service.

Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, financial, or business advice.

15. Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party services and data sources that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of such third-party services. Interruptions, delays, or errors in these services may affect the functionality or outputs of the Service.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
